O’Connell & Goldberg Public Relations Moves into Creative New Office Space in Downtown Hollywood

Longtime Hollywood-based O’Connell & Goldberg (O&G) Public Relations recently moved into an innovative new office space in the heart of the city’s historic downtown arts, music and entertainment district.

The new open-concept office that O&G has created at 1955 Harrison Street promotes enhanced interaction and collaboration in a relaxed, pet-friendly space that features work stations, open offices and a kitchen bar. The space is characterized by rustic antique windows and doors, brick walls, wood floors and exposed ceilings.

The approximately 2,850-square-foot location includes a comfortable living room setting where O&G staff hold brainstorming sessions or work on laptops, accompanied by their canine companions. There’s even an ice cream bar serving frozen treats. And in keeping with O&G’s motto, “Good People Make Good News,” a video wall spotlights clips from iconic movies with happy endings.

O&G has been based in Hollywood since its founding in 1993. “We enjoy the centralized location, and our new location in Downtown Hollywood is a lot of fun,” said founder and CEO Barbara W. Goldberg, a native Floridian who lives in Hollywood.

Creativity and fun are also part of the allure of having an office in Downtown Hollywood, home to art galleries and studios, Cinema Paradiso art-house cinema, the Downtown Hollywood Mural Project (DHMP), the innovative ArtsPark at Young Circle, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood, and numerous cultural events, as well as a variety of dining and shopping options.

“We enjoy the energy and artistry of the downtown area. Tons of exciting culinary offerings with a cool vibe you cannot find everywhere,” Goldberg said. “And it just keeps getting better.”
